Our Managing Partner

Destiny Aifuwa Umondiagbon, LL.B (Hons), BL (NLS Abuja)

Destiny is the Managing Partner of Penguin Bros & Partners Ltd. He holds a law degree from Ambrose Alli University, Edo State, and is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.

With a strong background in dispute resolution, debt recovery, corporate litigation, real estate, and commercial transactions, he has built a career marked by integrity and results. Destiny has also served in leadership roles, including as Legal Compliance and Audit Manager at Adron Homes & Properties, one of Nigeria’s prominent real estate companies
